We are currently in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO and Blue Choice PPO plans.
If you have one of these plans, we will verify your eligibility and benefits (such as copay, co-insurance, and deductible) and submit claims directly to BCBS on your behalf. You will be responsible only for your designated patient portion at the time of service.

If your insurance is out-of-network, we can provide you with a superbill after your visit, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if applicable.
